This week’s yoga is in aid of Pieta House.  Fundraising  darkness to light. Meet at Newtown Cove for meditation at 450AM Yoga at 5.15AM swim at guillamene for sunrise at 5.45Am

Outdoor/Indoor Yoga, Meditation & Dip

This class will run outdoors all year weather & tide permitting, 
otherwise we will be overlooking the sea indoors just on Tramore Promenade

Location: Tramore Beach , across from Mollys Cafe

**Please bring own yoga mat or towel and a water bottle and any other props you may need like a strap or block. This is an outdoor class so please dress for the weather – suggest light layers: t-shirt, hoodie, raincoat, comfortable tracksuit/leggings.

Covid guidelines apply. Everyone who signs up is adhering to the health questionnaire in order to ensure the safety of everyone in our community,  please ensure if any change to health questionnaire prior to class then please stay at home and notify instructor
